Phan Thanh Nhiên set a record as the youngest Vietnamese man to climb Mount Everest and the first Vietnamese person to twice carry the national flag to the summit.
Hoang Nguyen Thanh successfully defended his title at the national
mountain-climbing tournament, entitled "Conquering Ba Ra Mountain 2015",
in Phuoc Long Town in Binh Phuoc Province yesterday.
Binh Phuoc came out on top at the national cross-country
mountain-climbing tournament 2013, which took place on Ba Ra mountain in
the south-eastern province of Binh Phuoc on Monday.
Pham Thi Binh enjoyed a satisfying end to the
weekend by defending her title in the women''s category of the annual Ba
Ra Mountain Climbing Race in Binh Phuoc Province.
